Great to meet you!

All parts are welcome! Do you ever feel like you have different parts of yourself that are struggling with each other and preventing you from moving ahead? Deep down inside of us we have inherent wisdom it is only a matter of tapping in to that wisdom as a resource for healing. I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of Pennsylvania and have been practicing since various clinical settings. My background includes training in addiction, EMDR, psychodrama, motivational interviewing, and cognitive behavioral therapy. I also integrate narrative therapy, art-based interventions, and Internal Family Systems in order to creatively integrate those parts of self that need attention and healing. True healing can accelerate in a relationship that is non-judgmental, accepting and warm and I seek to offer these aspects in my approach. You don’t have to carry the heavy burdens of your life alone- we can walk this road together!

My approach to therapy

In our work, we’ll clarify what matters most to you and choose approaches that fit your needs, culture, and strengths. Sessions are collaborative and active: we may process experiences with EMDR, explore parts work through IFS, use expressive arts to deepen insight, or apply CBT and MI for concrete change. My goal is to create a warm, creative, and grounded space where you can access your inner wisdom, resolve what’s holding you back, and build a life that feels more aligned.

What you can expect from me

My work helps clients break free from limiting beliefs and reconnect with their authentic selves. I believe empowerment comes from within, so our sessions center your agency while providing steady support. In a warm, creative space, we’ll celebrate progress toward your goals and build the confidence to live in alignment with who you truly are.
