I have extensive experience working with court-involved juveniles. I attended the University of Dayton and The Ohio State University. I am a big proponent of volunteering and spend time outside of the therapy room as a coach and mentor. I enjoy working with 16-20 year olds and am able to easily build rapport with teenagers.
I am a non-judgemental and supportive clinician. It is important to me that my clients feel heard and respected. I believe the most beneficial aspect of therapy is the rapport with your clinician, as without that relationship, it can be difficult to fully share your inner thoughts and experiences.
The first session consists of getting to know you as a person, as well as an understanding of what brings you to therapy. I am very direct and explanatory to ensure transparency. I look forward to getting to know you!
