Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Sarah and I’m so glad you’re here! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 17 years of experience including child welfare, domestic violence, caregivers, end of life issues, ADHD, PTSD, depression and anxiety.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative approach, working with the client on their most pressing need first, which usually leads us to deeper unnoticed roots from previous life experiences. I use multiple tools, including CBT and DBT, to tailor your treatment plan to your circumstances and personality.

What you can expect from me

I strive to create a safe environment where you can feel free to share your experiences. My hope is for you to feel seen and heard so you can move forward in your healing.
