Great to meet you!

I’m passionate about helping young people identify their strengths, build resilience, and develop the skills they need to thrive. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience supporting adolescents and their families. My background as both an educator and school social worker allows me to connect easily with youth and understand the unique challenges they experience socially, emotionally and academically.

My approach to therapy

Depending on your unique needs and style of learning, I will draw from multiple therapeutic modalities. The support I provide is strengths-based, neurodiverse-affirming and gender-affirming. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Motivational Interviewing to create a client-centered approach. I really enjoy helping youth diagnosed with ADHD discover how to get to know why their brains work the way they do and help them find ways to make their lives easier so they can focus on what they are most passionate about. I also have experience working with youth who have endured significant loss and trauma to help them find healthy ways to move forward.

To schedule a free consulation, please send me a message at [email protected] or call or text 970-210-2061 and find out more about how I can support you.
