Great to meet you!

I specialize in treating PTSD, childhood sexual abuse, anxiety, dissociative disorders, and addiction issues. Abuse and trauma can create symptoms like anxiety, depression, substance abuse, loneliness, troubled relationships, and insomnia. I believe that trauma blocks love and connection, and healing our wounds gives us access to the life that is inherent in all of us. Trauma and addiction can cause you to disconnect from your true self, lose connection to truth, avoid vulnerability, and block communion with others. This causes your nervous system to become dysregulated, and creates issues in all areas of your life.

My approach to therapy

I use techniques that help you release your trauma, give you the tools to calm your overstimulated nervous system, and regain a sense of control over your life. Healing enables you to reconnect naturally to yourself and others, experience self-love, and transcend your trauma by uniting with and loving others. We all deserve to feel joy.

What you can expect from me

I want to help you learn how to live a better life. It might mean learning to set boundaries, working on relationships, or helping you change a pattern of behavior that is keeping you stuck. If you would like to heal from your trauma I am here to walk that path beside you. Contact me today for a free consult and we'll get started on your journey together!
