Great to meet you!

Hi there! I'm Sarah, and I'm so excited to get to know your story. I started seeing clients in the fall of 2019, and I graduated from Dallas Baptist University and earned a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling in the spring of 2020.

My main areas of focus include women's issues, trauma, anxiety, and maternal mental health. I primarily see teen and young adult women.

My approach to therapy

I believe that every client is unique and deserves treatment specific to their needs. However, when working with me, you can expect a warm, inviting, and calming approach. The main therapeutic modalities I use are CBT and EMDR.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to walk away from our sessions feeling seen and heard. While we will work together to set specific goals for your treatment, my personal goal with each client is to create a safe space for them to process whatever it is they're hoping to work through. Our sessions will always be free of judgment, but provide motivation and encouragement to take the next step in achieving the goals we set together.
