Great to meet you!

There are moments when a life that looks capable from the outside no longer feels sustainable within.

You may be someone others rely on—thoughtful, responsible, and accustomed to finding a way through. Yet beneath that competence, anxiety may never fully quiet. Your body may remain braced for what comes next, relationships may follow painfully familiar patterns, or you may feel increasingly disconnected from yourself and the life you have worked so hard to build.

My practice integrates narrative therapy, somatic psychotherapy, mindfulness, and evidence-based care. I hold master’s degrees in public health and counseling, and my work is informed by advanced training in trauma, nervous system regulation, meditation, and Yoga Nidra. I have a particular interest in supporting veterans, caregivers, and trauma survivors.

My approach to therapy

Therapy offers a place to understand not only why these patterns developed, but how they continue to live through mind, body, story, and relationship. Together, we create the conditions for new movement: greater choice, more authentic connection, and change that can be felt and lived beyond the therapy room.

My training and clinical experience guide the process, but your wisdom, values, and lived experience remain at its center.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for us to begin getting to know one another. You’ll have space to ask questions, share what is bringing you to therapy, and explore what you hope for from the process. We’ll also establish some of the structure for our work so that, moving forward, we can focus on what matters most: you.

Over time, clients may develop greater awareness, self-compassion, and more freedom in how they respond to life’s challenges.

I typically work with clients for at least six months, though the length of therapy depends on your needs, goals, and circumstances. We’ll revisit the direction of our work together as it unfolds.
