Great to meet you!
There are moments when a life that looks capable from the outside no longer feels sustainable within.
You may be someone others rely on—thoughtful, responsible, and accustomed to finding a way through. Yet beneath that competence, anxiety may never fully quiet. Your body may remain braced for what comes next, relationships may follow painfully familiar patterns, or you may feel increasingly disconnected from yourself and the life you have worked so hard to build.
My practice integrates narrative therapy, somatic psychotherapy, mindfulness, and evidence-based care. I hold master’s degrees in public health and counseling, and my work is informed by advanced training in trauma, nervous system regulation, meditation, and Yoga Nidra. I have a particular interest in supporting veterans, caregivers, and trauma survivors.
