Great to meet you!

There are long, lost fears and often past traumas at play in all of us. Some surface, wreaking havoc with our lives. They can appear as grief, depression, anxiety or crisis. I provide a safe, empathetic environment to learn new skills and ways of being. Now is the time for change.

My approach to therapy

Using psychological theories and strength based techniques, we can dislodge what is blocking your best life and guide you to a healthier self. Drawing from careful history taking, assessment and preparation, we will guide you to new understandings, new behaviors and new ways of being that will lead you to a happier self. You can reduce the anxiety and depression. You can disarm the trauma and grief that has made the days so uncomfortable.
