Great to meet you!

As a queer-identifying clinician, I am deeply passionate about advancing LGBTQIA2S+ health equity and providing a safe, affirming space for all my clients. I hold a Master of Social Work from Boston University with a specialization in Trauma and Violence, and my background includes working across college counseling, emergency, and community settings. When I am not in the therapy room, you can usually find me cooking, collecting new cookbooks, enjoying the New England outdoors, or hanging out with my elderly cat, Felicia.

My approach to therapy

My approach is highly collaborative, trauma-informed, and tailored to your unique lived experiences. We will work together on intersectional identity exploration, building interpersonal skills, and finding the tools to help you thrive. While I have extensive experience in short-term, solutions-focused therapy, I truly value having the space to engage in deeper, long-term work with my clients to foster lasting growth and healing.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my primary goal is to help you feel comfortable, heard, and understood. We will go at your pace as we explore what brought you to therapy and what you hope to achieve. Whether you are seeking support for trauma, navigating identity development, or looking for a letter of support for gender affirming care, we will lay the foundation for a trusting therapeutic relationship that centers your authentic self.
