Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in trauma and sexual concerns, including pain, low or mismatched desire, intimacy struggles, and shame. I use EMDR, ACT, IFS, and Gottman Method techniques to support healing in both individuals and couples. I also work with PTSD, anxiety, and life transitions, with experience supporting survivors of sexual and interpersonal violence.

My approach to therapy

Do you feel disconnected from your body, your partner, or your sense of self? I work with individuals and couples healing from trauma—especially sexual trauma—and those struggling with intimacy, desire, or pleasure. I support clients who are ready to explore the deeper roots of these challenges in a space that is affirming, compassionate, and nonjudgmental. I take a holistic, sex-positive, trauma-informed approach that honors your emotional, physical, spiritual, and relational self. Together, we’ll gently untangle the past and cultivate deeper connection, pleasure, and embodiment—rooted in your truth.

What you can expect from me

My clients create lasting change by developing a toolbox of coping skills, deepening self-awareness, and understanding the impact of past experiences on their current life and relationships.

Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming. I believe healing happens in relationships built on trust and safety. I prioritize creating a space where my clients feel comfortable sharing openly, even about the most vulnerable topics. If my profile resonates with you, call, text, or email me to set up an appointment or a free 15-minute consultation.
