Great to meet you!

I work with children, teens, and adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or constantly “on edge." Whether that’s anxiety, ADHD, frustration, or challenges in relationships. Many of my clients are used to holding it together on the outside but feel exhausted or unsure of themselves underneath.

With a background in education and counseling, I understand how personal struggles show up across different stages of life. Whether you’re navigating school stress, life transitions, family dynamics, or just feeling overwhelmed, we’ll work together to make things feel more manageable and clear.

My approach to therapy

I use evidence-based approaches like CBT in a way that feels natural and personalized, but not overly clinical. Together, we’ll look at patterns that may be keeping you stuck, build healthier ways to cope, and help you feel more confident handling challenges as they come up.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know each other and talking through what brought you to therapy. You can share as much or as little as you feel comfortable. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out. I’ll ask some questions to better understand your background, current challenges, and goals, and we’ll start identifying what you’d like to get out of our work together.
