Great to meet you!

Life gets messy - therapy doesn’t have to.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, in practice for 20 years, I believe therapy should feel like a real, supportive conversation, grounded in honesty, curiosity, and room to be yourself. I draw from CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, and solution-focused approaches to help you uncover the root of what’s going on, not just the symptoms. Together, we’ll explore what’s working, what isn’t, and what small shifts could make life feel more manageable and meaningful.

My approach to therapy

In our work together, you can expect empathy, active listening, and gentle challenges when needed. I’ll invite you to notice patterns in your thoughts and behaviors, explore where they come from, and experiment with small shifts that create meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is all about getting to know you. I’ll ask about what’s going well, what feels hard, and what you’d like to see different in the next three months. My goal is to create a comfortable, supportive environment where you can be honest about what you want and need. Choosing a therapist is a very personal decision. I often say it’s like trying on a pair of shoes. Sometimes you need to try a few before you find the right fit. I’m glad you’re taking this step, and I’m here to help make the process feel a little easier.
