Specializes in

Anxiety, Depression, OCD, and Trauma

Great to meet you!

I help people who are struggling with neurodivergence and its mood complications as well as depression, anxiety, bipolar II disorder, ADHD, PTSD, OCD and C-PTSD who are open to new and emerging evidenced-based treatments to reduce or resolve their symptoms, feel more confident, and live a healthier life!

*Please note-I do not prescribe controlled substances (e.g., adderall, vyvanse, xanax, klonopin, etc.)

A bit about my approach to therapy

Currently, I am focused on discussing people's lifestyles nonjudgmentally and determining precisely how their bodies function. To do this, I focus my efforts on functional labs, genetic testing, nutritional supplements, and non-controlled pharmaceutical interventions. Additionally, I value clear communication, shared decision-making, reason, and never resting on my laurels or assumed beliefs. I expect this from myself and expect the same from the people I work with as we both continually grow.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can take away comprehensive knowledge about their treatment options from an non-judgmental, experienced, mental health professional as well as well as compassionate care. I believe my patients when they tell me something is wrong!
