ADD/ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, OCD, and PTSD

Great to meet you!

I help people who are struggling with neurodivergence and its mood complications as well as primary depression, anxiety, bipolar II disorder, ADHD, PTSD, OCD and C-PTSD who are open to biological evidenced-based treatments to reduce or resolve their symptoms, feel more confident, and live a healthier life!

A bit about my approach to therapy

Currently, I am focused on discussing people's health and lifestyle nonjudgmentally to determining precisely how their bodies function. To do this, I focus my efforts on functional and traditional labs, genetic testing, nutrition, select supplements, and pharmaceutical interventions. Additionally, I value clear communication, shared decision-making, reason, and never resting on my laurels or assumed beliefs. I expect this from myself and the people I work with as we both continually grow.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can take away comprehensive knowledge about their treatment options from a compassionate, non-judgmental, experienced mental health professional. I believe my patients when they tell me something is wrong!
