Great to meet you!

My primary areas of focus include depression, anxiety, and stress management. I also specialize in fertility issues after my own personal journey with infertility. Particular issues include non-traditional family building, loss, ART, gamete or embryo donation, and postpartum depression and anxiety.

My approach to therapy

I tailor my therapeutic approach to my client's strengths and preferences. I use approaches supported by research to reduce symptoms and improve mood and health. CBT explores the connection between thoughts, behaviors, and emotions. ACT brings awareness to emotions reducing their intensity and impact. Relaxation and mindfulness techniques reduce mental and physical effects of stress.

  • Problem solving
