Great to meet you!
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master of Social Work and many years of experience supporting people through some of life’s most difficult transitions. My professional background includes hospice and medical social work, school social work, and working with older adults and families. These experiences have given me a broad perspective on how emotional well-being is connected to relationships, family, health, work, grief, and the challenges of everyday life.
I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, relationship and family concerns, caregiver stress, and the emotional impact of illness, disability, and other major life changes. I especially enjoy working with people who feel overwhelmed, stuck, isolated, or uncertain about what comes next.
My approach is compassionate, practical, and individualized. I believe therapy should be a place where you can be honest about what you are experiencing without judgment, while also having support as you identify what matters most to you and begin making meaningful changes.
My goal is to create a comfortable, supportive space where you feel heard and respected. You don't have to have everything figured out before starting therapy- we can begin wherever you are and work together from there.
