Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Sarah! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor based in Florida. I have experience working with adolescents and adults who may be struggling with overwhelming emotions, stress, nervousness, hopelessness, difficulty accomplishing daily tasks, managing conflicts or coping with tough situations.

My counseling style is fairly laid back and casual. I have been described as open minded, easy going, understanding, supportive, and a good sense of humor.

My approach to therapy

I provide a safe space where you can explore your emotions and experiences without judgment. I draw from techniques derived from CBT, DBT, solution-focused therapy, and motivational interviewing.

I believe that therapy is a dynamic and evolving process, and I strive to meet individuals where they are in their journey and adapt my approach to what will be most beneficial for them.

What you can expect from me

My ultimate goal is to create a supportive and nonjudgmental space where clients feel empowered to explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, ultimately fostering positive change and personal development.
