Great to meet you!

As a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, I'm able to address my clients' mental health care needs holistically. I specialize in treating emotional disorders such as eating disorders and OCD and often manage other conditions that show up at the same time such as depression, anxiety disorders, and ADHD. I split my professional time between clinical practice and faculty work at the University of Louisville.

A bit about my approach to therapy

As a PMHNP, I provide holistic care that begins with a thorough assessment and leads to collaborative, patient-centered treatment planning. My approach is grounded in the transdiagnostic model and guided by the evidence-based tools of the Unified Protocol, supporting patients in connecting with their values, embracing emotional experiences, and growing through life’s challenges.

What you can expect from our first session

You can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and empowered to explore your emotions and experiences. My goal is to help you develop greater emotional awareness, build practical and helpful habits and routines, and reconnect with what matters most to you. Together, we work toward meaningful change by facing challenges with openness and cultivating resilience.
