Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I know that seeking help is a big first step in the right direction. I am so honored to join you on that journey. I enjoy working with couples, individuals and teens.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am client centered and believe strongly in helping you at your pace. I use behavioral and humanistic theories and practices. This means that I believe you deserve a strong say in your course of treatment and respect at every level of care.

What you can expect from our first session

I believe in brief therapy and supportive after care as it's needed. A typical therapeutic relationship is 8-20 weeks long seeing each other 1-2 times per week.

Our 1st session is an intake session where we discuss some of the personal factors that are leading you to seek care. From there, we will have regular appointments until we've reached some of the goals we created together.
