Great to meet you!

I enjoy helping people on their journey of self exploration. I use a combination of methods, tailoring each to what an individual is experiencing. I welcome questions and give feedback in an honest, direct manner.

My approach to therapy

I often connect with clients by asking them questions about their backgrounds and goals. Goals are not the primary focus, however. I recognize the fact that goals keep our thinking linear, though life often doesn't lead us down a linear path. Focus is always on lifepath enjoyment!

What you can expect from me

Lots of questions! I have to get familiar with a client to best know how to serve them. I also let clients know that it is not unusual to feel uncomfortable and that therapy is a process. It can take up to three sessions before a client knows if each therapist is going to provide the right type of service for their life.
