Great to meet you!

Life can get incredibly heavy, and during difficult seasons, having dedicated support can make all the difference. My passion for counseling comes from believing that even in hard seasons, there is always potential for growth and healing. I feel deeply called to come alongside people as they work through difficult experiences and move forward.

I work with children, adolescents, and adults navigating concerns such as trauma, anxiety, identity development, and life transitions. I earned my Bachelor’s in Psychology from Ohio Christian University and my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Rehabilitation Counseling from Ohio University. Growing up in a large family and helping support my younger brother, who has special needs, also taught me the importance of empathy, patience, and meeting people where they are.

Whether you are looking for short-term support and practical tools or longer-term work to process deeper experiences, I provide a compassionate space where you can feel understood, supported, and empowered to move forward.

My approach to therapy

I view health through a holistic lens, believing the mind, body, and spirit are connected. My approach is experiential and grounded in real life, and I often draw on principles of adventure and experiential therapy because meaningful growth can happen when we actively engage with our experiences.

Therapy with me is collaborative and tailored to where you are and where you want to go. We may work on unhelpful thinking patterns, healthier behaviors, coping skills, or deeper experiences depending on what you need.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a warm, encouraging environment paired with practical, real-world tools. My goal is to help you build coping skills, develop greater self-awareness, and feel more confident navigating life's challenges.

You do not have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. We can begin wherever you are and work together toward where you want to be.
