Sarah Seeger

Sarah Seeger is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Arizona and her Master of Science in Nursing from Texas State University.

Sarah specializes in the treatment of a wide range of psychiatric conditions, including anxiety disorders, depression, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

She provides comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and medication management services.

Sarah has extensive experience working with adolescents, young adults, and adults. She is currently accepting new patients between the ages of 18 and 55. Outside of her clinical work, Sarah enjoys Pilates, running, reading, and tackling DIY projects.

Sarah takes a holistic, patient-centered approach to care, integrating both traditional and integrative treatment modalities tailored to each individual’s needs. She works collaboratively with patients to determine the best course of action for their mental health care.

Her goals include enhancing each patient's mental and emotional well-being while creating an open, comfortable, and nonjudgmental environment where individuals feel safe to express themselves and actively engage in their treatment.
