Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Sarah! If you've been contemplating therapy but aren't sure how to begin or who to reach out to, you're not alone—this hesitation is a common part of the process. I'm here to provide a safe space where you can explore your feelings and experiences, especially when it comes to navigating relationships, whether they're romantic, platonic, familial or your relationship with yourself. You can see more about me by visiting my website! https://www.greenhouse-counseling-services.com/

A bit about my approach to therapy

I primarily utilize a person-centered approach in my therapy work, meaning that I am here to walk alongside of you as you move through life and the challenges it can bring. I provide knowledge and guidance as you face hurdles and milestones as well as support you on your journey to healing and understanding yourself. I bring elements of both trauma-informed care and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy into my sessions as well as components from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Narrative Therapy.

What you can expect from our first session

I hope to create a warm and inviting environment where individuals can heal and grow into positive versions of themselves and have healthy and lasting relationships. I am open-minded and welcoming of all view points and backgrounds.
