Great to meet you!

I'm a clinical social worker with 18 years of experience helping others make choices that will improve their well-being. I am a wife, mother, homeschooler, Latino, and lover of life. I too have traveled through deep and dark valleys, and come out the other side stronger and wiser. Let me walk this journey with you. I specialize in burnout, depression, life transitions, anxiety, and substance abuse.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am a virtual-only provider. I approach your care from the perspective that you are the expert on all things you. I come alongside you to challenge you, help you discover your strengths, give you new tools, and lead you to a place of self-confidence you can trust will get you through future challenges.

What you can expect from our first session

Together we'll work on increasing awareness, identifying barriers to change, learning healthy coping skills, and changing behavior patterns that have stunted your growth potential. Connection, Accountability, and Support is the key. You do not have to do this alone.
