Great to meet you!

I guide deep feelers out of anxiety, self-doubt, and feeling unfulfilled, into radical self-trust, self-acceptance, and ease. I help you discover and fall in love with your true self, so you can reclaim your power and create a life you love. Some of the patterns our sessions may focus on healing often include people pleasing, perfectionism, relentless self-criticism, indecisiveness, overwhelm, trouble distinguishing your feelings and needs from others', feeling incapable and unmotivated, emptiness, and low energy.

My approach to therapy

Through a holistic approach, we get to the root of what's keeping you stuck, going much deeper than typical talk therapy and surface level coping. I help you understand the root of your challenges, reprogram your subconscious, trust yourself, connect to the wisdom of your emotions, and release old trauma and outdated patterns stored in the nervous system. This allows you to reconnect with your true, authentic self buried beneath it all and receive guidance from within. We do this through one or more of the following: Inner Child Healing, Parts-Work, Somatic Therapy, Trauma Therapy, Spiritual Exploration, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

What you can expect from me

I believe there is no such thing as a bad feeling or thought. These feelings and thoughts serve a purpose, and when pushed away, we miss out on the wisdom they hold. I want to help guide you in reconnecting to your inner wisdom. I use a balanced, collaborative, and empowering approach, meeting you exactly where you are at, while also holding you accountable and encouraging you to face the truths that will set you free. If you are craving something deeper, I would be honored to support you along your path.
