Hello! I am a licensed clinical social worker in New York specializing in individual and group therapy. I have several years experience working with adults, children, and adolescents struggling with a variety of emotional needs.

I focus on building strong therapeutic relationships with my clients, utilizing a strengths-based perspective. I meet you where you are now in your life journey and join along, without judgement. I have experience with dialectical behavior therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy. I offer evening remote session hours to assist those who have busy schedules!
