Great to meet you!

Hello! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with five years of experience in the field. I received my Masters in Social Work from Samford University and my Bachelors in Psychology at Auburn University (War Eagle!). I help adults who may find themselves "haunted" by past experiences find freedom from those experiences in order to move forward with the life they deeply desire but have struggled to accept or make for themselves.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is very focussed on being able to live the life you want to live, free from past experiences. I use techniques which don't require extensive story telling but instead focus on showing your mind and body that time has passed and you are now safe so that you are free to make decisions with intention and skill as opposed to being reactionary.

What you can expect from me

Often a client's take away from our sessions is that they are resourced and capable of handling "life on life's terms" as the adult they are now. They can choose to leave old patterns behind and proceed with intention.
