Great to meet you!
On paper, your life is going well. You’re capable, driven, and relied on by everyone around you. And yet something in you is tired, restless, and asking for more. It’s the anxiety that never fully switches off, a decision you feel paralyzed trying to make, and a growing sense you’ve outgrown the version of yourself everyone expects. I know that feeling too.
I’m Sarah Siders, a licensed clinical social worker with more than 15 years of experience, and a mental health therapist in central Kansas. I work with high-achieving women and their families who are ready to stop managing symptoms and start understanding what those symptoms are trying to say. Anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, and career or identity transitions are not character flaws. They are information, and they are usually connected to something in your body, your history, or your relationships that deserves attention.
