I work with self-aware adults who feel burnt out, overwhelmed, and stuck in people pleasing. Together, we explore the patterns that fuel anxiety, learn practical ways to reduce overwhelm, and support you in building a healthier relationship with yourself. My approach is warm and inclusive, focused on helping you gain insights and tools to live authentically and reduce stress. I primarily work with children of emotional mature parents, developmental trauma, and neurodivergent clients who want to find more balance and peace in their lives.
