Great to meet you!

I work with self-aware adults who feel burnt out, overwhelmed, and stuck in people pleasing. Together, we explore the patterns that fuel anxiety, learn practical ways to reduce overwhelm, and support you in building a healthier relationship with yourself. My approach is warm and inclusive, focused on helping you gain insights and tools to live authentically and reduce stress. I primarily work with children of emotional mature parents, developmental trauma, and neurodivergent clients who want to find more balance and peace in their lives.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, compassionate, and accepting. In our first session, we will discuss your goals and create a plan to help you reach them at your own pace. Sessions consist of talk therapy and skill building with a trauma-informed approach.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, it's not just about talk therapy – it's about identifying small steps to take meaningful action towards your goals. I value the commitment you're making to yourself, and I'm passionate about providing a safe space for you to express your feelings. Let's collaborate on a journey where you not only understand what you're experiencing but also gain the tools to navigate the tough moments.
