Great to meet you!

I am a dually board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health and Family Nurse Practitioner, a background that allows me to provide truly holistic care. I don’t just treat symptoms, I treat the whole person. I specialize in trauma, anxiety/OCD, and depression.

My approach to therapy

I integrate evidence-based psychiatric treatments with a compassionate, trauma-informed perspective, ensuring that our work together is grounded in empowerment. My goal is to foster true, lasting healing.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a thorough, compassionate intake process that prioritizes their unique history and current needs. My approach is evidence-based and holistic; I draw from a deep knowledge of therapeutic techniques, supplements, and pharmacology to create a balanced plan.

My prescribing philosophy is conservative. If we decide medication is appropriate, I aim for the lowest most effective dose to ensure symptom relief without unnecessary side effects. By the end of our first session, we will have established a collaborative treatment plan that addresses your symptoms while honoring your preference for a comprehensive, non-rushed approach to healing.
