Great to meet you!

Hi my name is Sarah! I am licensed professional counselor. I have a master's in clinical mental health counseling from Edinboro University. I work with individuals of all ages struggling with anxiety, depression, addiction, and trauma. I specialize in treating folks with trauma using EMDR. I also have years of experience treating alcohol and substance abuse disorders. Prior to my work as a therapist, I worked in community mental health for 5 years.

Regardless of what you are going through or what you have been through. I understand the thought of asking yourself "What do I do next? How do I feel better?". You don't have to figure it out alone. I believe therapy should be accessible for everyone and personalized to your circumstances. I look forward to working with you!

My approach to therapy

Sessions are meant to be a non-judgmental space where you are free to come as you. A place where you feel seen, heard, and valued. I use humor, acceptance and cater to you and what you hope to accomplish.

What you can expect from me

During your first appointment, we will discuss what brings you to therapy. We will develop goals specific to meet your needs.

A typical session is around 53-60 mins where we work together to identify issues of concern, patterns and coping skills to empower you towards change.
