Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor who believes therapy should be a place where you feel safe, understood, and empowered to grow. I work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, burnout, and identity exploration. Many of my clients are professionals, caregivers, and helpers who spend so much time supporting others that they forget to care for themselves. I provide sex-positive, kink-affirming, LGBTQIA+-affirming therapy and affirming care for people in consensually nonmonogamous (CNM) relationships, creating a space where you can show up as your authentic self.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is a collaborative process rooted in curiosity, compassion, and practical change. Together, we'll explore the patterns that are keeping you stuck, strengthen your connection with yourself, and build tools you can use outside of our sessions. I integrate evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and somatic therapy while tailoring treatment to your unique experiences and goals. Whether you're healing from trauma, navigating relationship challenges, or seeking greater balance, I'll meet you where you are and help you move toward where you want to be.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is about getting to know you, not judging you. We'll talk about what brought you to therapy, the challenges you're facing, and what you'd like your life to look like moving forward. Together, we'll identify meaningful goals and create a personalized plan that feels realistic and achievable. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about the work we'll do together.
