Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Alcohol and Advanced Substance Abuse Counselor with almost a decade of professional experience. I help my clients cope with stress, anxiety, addictions, trauma, abuse, grief and loss by creating an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.

My approach to therapy

I am down-to-earth and compassionate. My goal is to be your partner in the therapy journey. I will never talk AT you, only TO you. I think laughter is a great healer so I often try to inject humor into otherwise difficult or painful topics.

What you can expect from me

I hope that in therapy with me, my clients discover just how powerful and capable of change they truly are! No goal is too big or too small to work toward in therapy!
