Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals through life’s challenges, transitions, and moments that can feel overwhelming or uncertain. I work with clients who may be navigating anxiety, stress, major life changes, or simply feeling stuck and unsure of their next step.

My goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely heard, respected, and understood. Whether you're processing something specific or just know that things don’t feel quite right, we’ll work together to make sense of what you’re experiencing and move toward meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and grounded in evidence-based practices.

I believe therapy works best when it feels like a partnership. Together, we’ll build insight into patterns, identify what’s holding you back, and develop practical tools you can use in your day-to-day life. I also take a holistic lens—recognizing that your experiences, environment, and relationships all play a role in your well-being.

My focus is not just on helping you feel better in the moment, but on helping you build the skills and clarity needed for lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel like a big step—and sometimes an overwhelming one.

In our first session, my priority is helping you feel comfortable and at ease. We’ll take time to talk through what’s bringing you in, what you’ve been experiencing, and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy—at your pace.

There’s no pressure to have everything figured out. This is a space for you to show up as you are, and we’ll begin building a path forward together.
