Great to meet you!

I take an integrative and unique approach to therapy, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Internal Family Systems Therapy principles to help you feel safe exploring beyond your comfort zone and into meaningful change. My goal is to create a warm, supportive space where you can grow with curiosity and self-compassion. I earned my degree from the University of South Florida and have specialized education in working with teens, adults, and individuals navigating substance use concerns.

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy at your pace, creating a supportive space where you can feel safe to explore what’s beneath the surface of daily struggles. Together, we’ll look at the deeper patterns and uncover the “why” behind your challenges or behaviors. My goal is to help you gain insight that frees you to move forward and make lasting, meaningful change. I specialize in working with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma.

What you can expect from me

Through therapy, you can gain a deeper understanding of yourself and your relationships, fostering greater self-awareness and emotional insight. Through our work together cultivating self-compassion and empathy, you’ll learn to approach your experiences with kindness and understanding, which can enhance your connections with others. This process often leads to a decrease in unwanted or challenging behaviors or thoughts, empowering you to make meaningful changes in your life. Together, we’ll work to build a foundation of self-acceptance and resilience, supporting your journey toward personal growth and well-being.
