Sarah Grace Stevenson, MA, LMFT is a graduate of the University of Alabama at Birmingham with a Master’s in Counselor Education with a concentrate in Marriage, Couples, and Family Counseling. In addition to her degree in counseling Sarah Grace has additional training in Gottman Method for couples and Imago Relationship Therapy.

We are all given a blueprint of what those relationships should look like from people early in our lives. Couples and individuals come to me when they realize that the plan that they've been holding has more potential for rupture than stability.
I help my clients completely re-design the plan for their relationships, starting from the foundation. Clients leave feeling empowered to experience real transformation in how they relate to their partner, children, and others.
For our first session together, we will have a few laughs, go over some housekeeping and paperwork, and explore some initial goals related to what is bringing you to therapy.
