Great to meet you!

I offer relational, trauma-informed therapy for individuals who feel disconnected from themselves and/or others after years of surviving, adapting, holding it all together, or setting their needs aside to take care of others. Many of the people I work with feel overwhelmed, are struggling with self doubt, or feel stuck in patterns that once helped them cope but no longer feel sustainable.

I approach therapy as a collaborative, human process. You don't need to have everything figured out to start, and you don't need to explain yourself perfectly to be understood. Creating a space where people feel safe enough to be honest and fully themselves is central to my work.

My approach to therapy

I focus on helping clients understand their experiences in context rather than viewing them as personal failures. Sessions are conversational and shaped by what feels most important to you. We move at your pace, with choice and autonomy at the center.

My practice includes people from a wide range of identities and lived experiences, including queer and trans individuals, immigrants and children of immigrants, neurodivergent people, and teens transitioning into adulthood. I also support people impacted by childhood trauma, sexual abuse, immigration-related trauma, and other complex experiences.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance to get to know each other and begin building trust. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, what you’re hoping for, and any questions you have. You don’t need a clear plan or goal and you’re always welcome to share feedback or ask for something different.
