Sarah Stillwell

Sarah specializes in treating adults with depression, anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, PTSD, addiction, anger management, and grief. She has extensive experience working with marginalized and underserved communities, such as members of SOGI (sexual orientation and gender identity) and veterans. Sarah utilizes LGBTQ+ Affirmative Therapy when working with members of the SOGI community. She creates a space free from the heteronormative narrative and validates all families, identities, and experiences.

Sarah’s approach is direct but also considerate, sensitive, and trauma-informed. She is very knowledgeable about kink and polyamorous relationships and helps partners learn how to best honor, serve, respect, and meet each other’s needs. Sarah has a charismatic personality and warm demeanor that helps you feel comfortable in her presence.
