Great to meet you!

I firmly believe that while feelings of depression, intense anger, overwhelming guilt, and profound shame can feel intensely real and deeply burdensome, these emotions are not aligned with God's intentions for our lives. Drawing upon the wisdom and promises contained within the Bible, I seek to encourage and reassure you of your inherent worth and potential. I wholeheartedly believe that you were created with the capacity to experience greater joy, to accomplish meaningful things, and to embody your most authentic selves in alignment with your faith.

My approach to therapy

Whether you are just beginning to explore your faith and desires, seeking gentle, foundational guidance, or seeking to deepen your spiritual understanding while learning practical strategies for navigating the complexities of daily life, I am dedicated to providing you with personalized support. I utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques and proven methods, always through the lens of biblical truth, to help my clients achieve greater well-being and a more fulfilling life rooted in their Christian faith.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know one another in a safe, welcoming, and judgment-free space. We'll spend time discussing what has brought you to counseling, the challenges you're currently facing, and what you hope to gain from therapy. I will listen with compassion, ask thoughtful questions, and work to understand your unique experiences, faith journey, and personal goals. Together, we'll begin identifying practical next steps that are grounded in evidence-based therapy and, if you desire, biblical truth. My hope is that you'll leave our first session feeling heard, encouraged, and with a renewed sense of hope that healing and growth are possible.
