Great to meet you!

I completed my MSW at VCU in 2016. Since then, I have worked in both medical and community-based settings with a specialization in crisis services.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I recognize that no two people are identical, and each person comes to therapy with unique needs and strengths. As a result, my approach is flexible rather than one-size-fits all and rooted in a belief in the therapeutic relationship as integral to healing.

What you can expect from our first session

I aim to create a warm environment in which clients feel free to share without pressure to perform. I am passionate about empowering clients to recognize their own resources and strengths to draw from outside of the therapy session and after our work together is over.

Sarah's style is

Holistic
Warm
Open-minded
