Great to meet you!

Hello! My name is Sarah and I am currently seeing clients virtually throughout Colorado. I am trained in traditional talk therapy and art therapy and I love blending the two modalities to find unique and expressive care for each client.

My approach to therapy

I enjoy meeting clients where they are at, whether you prefer structured interventions or free-flowing explorations. I integrate meditation, somatic mindfulness, and emotional psychoeducation to help you gain familiarity with your internal world and needs.

What you can expect from me

I provide a warm, accepting environment from the first session under the belief that you are the expert of your own experiences. I am here to help you feel comfortable in expressing that truth, whether in the first session or further down the road. My goal in treatment is to build your sense of self-understanding through various lenses that can shine light on all of your different parts. All parts are welcome here.
