Great to meet you!

When the world feels heavy, I hope therapy can be a safe place to land. I’m a trauma-sensitive, neurodivergent-affirming and social-justice minded therapist who offers a compassionate, nonjudgmental space for healing, reflection, and growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach is holistic and collaborative, integrating mind, body, and environment. I blend evidence-based therapies with moments of ease, creativity, and even laughter—because healing doesn’t have to feel heavy all the time. My background includes training in EMDR, CBT, Trauma-Sensitive Yoga, and Expressive Arts, along with mindfulness and somatic practices. Sessions are tailored to you—supportive, flexible, and guided by your goals.

What you can expect from me

I’m goal and solution-oriented, so we’ll work together to identify what you want to get out of therapy—whether that’s reduced stress, improved relationships, more self-awareness, or feeling more in control of your emotions. I’ll bring tools to help you build insight and make meaningful changes, but I'm also flexible. Sometimes the most important thing is just having a space to slow down and feel heard.
