Great to meet you!

I am passionate about helping clients access their innate capacity to heal and thrive. I serve as a guide, supporting individuals in developing healthier perceptions of themselves, deepening their relationships, and discovering a sense of wholeness, peace, and safety. In addition to holding an MA in Psychology and an MA in Art History, I am a Reiki Master. My diverse background informs a creative, open-minded, and flexible approach to therapy.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is holistic and collaborative. I integrate mind, body, and spirit in the healing process, drawing from a variety of therapeutic modalities to best support each client’s unique journey. I aim to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their inner world, build on their strengths, and develop practical tools for growth.

As a Reiki Master with a background in psychology and art history, I bring creativity, open-mindedness, and compassion to my work. Whether we focus on emotional healing, strengthening relationships, or enhancing self-love, my role is to guide and empower clients as they connect more deeply with themselves.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you feel seen and empowered to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Together, we work toward fostering self-compassion, resilience, and clarity, so you can move forward with confidence and create meaningful change in your life.
