Great to meet you!

Hello, and welcome. I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who believes that our relationships—with others and with ourselves—are at the heart of a meaningful and fulfilling life. My goal is to provide a safe, collaborative space where you can better understand the patterns that shape your relationships, emotions, and experiences, while building the tools needed to create lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I work with adolescents experiencing suicidal thoughts or self-harm, individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, and the effects of trauma, and couples who feel stuck in cycles of conflict or disconnection. Using an attachment-based approach, I help clients identify the underlying patterns that keep them feeling disconnected and support them in developing healthier ways of relating to themselves and the people they care about.

I earned my advanced degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Arizona State University and integrate evidence-based approaches to meet each client's unique needs. My training includes Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

What you can expect from me

I believe therapy is most effective when it is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to you. I approach each session with curiosity, thoughtful questions, and genuine respect for your experiences. My role isn't simply to listen—I actively help clients recognize the patterns that may be keeping them stuck, challenge beliefs or behaviors that are no longer serving them, and support them in creating meaningful, lasting change. While I strive to create a supportive and accepting environment, I also believe growth happens when we're willing to step outside our comfort zones. Together, we'll identify opportunities to try new perspectives, build new skills, and take intentional steps toward the life and relationships you want.

Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, or simply feeling stuck, my hope is that you'll leave each session with greater insight, a renewed sense of direction, and practical tools to move forward. I look forward to getting to know you, understanding your goals, and partnering with you as you build a life that feels more connected, purposeful, and fulfilling.
