Great to meet you!

Hello! I'm Sarah, and I'm a board-certified psychiatric/mental health nurse practitioner, with additional certification in addiction medicine. I've been working in mental health for the past seven years, both in inpatient and outpatient settings. I specialize in treating women's issues such as post-partum and perinatal mental health, menopause, and PMDD. My practice also serves women and girls experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD, life changes, and much more.

My approach to therapy

My approach to providing care is empathetic, understanding, and non-judgmental. I diagnose problems and prescribe medications, but also focus on the client as a whole, offering holistic, lifestyle, and psychotherapeutic options. The needs of women are unique and integral to the treatment plan.

What you can expect from me

My goal for each client is to help her identify the desired outcome for the problem(s) she is facing. Then, work together to develop a plan of action so that she can begin to feel strong and love life again, within a safe, nurturing environment.
