Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 20 years of professional experience supporting children and families. Throughout my career, I have primarily worked with school-age children and their families, helping them navigate emotional, behavioral, and life challenges with compassion and practical guidance.

My approach to therapy

I believe that prioritizing mental health can positively impact every aspect of life—at home, at school, work, and in relationships. Taking the step to begin therapy can feel overwhelming, and I recognize the courage it takes to reach out. My goal is to provide a supportive, collaborative space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward with confidence.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you will have the opportunity to share your unique story in a safe, supportive space. My role is to listen with openness and without judgment, so you feel truly heard and understood. We will begin identifying your goals and discuss what feels most important to you right now. Therapy is a collaborative process, and we will move at a pace that feels comfortable—whether that means slow and steady or more focused and intensive work. My hope is that you leave our first session knowing you don’t have to navigate this alone—we will work through it together.
