Great to meet you!

I have expertise in treating anxiety disorders including OCD and social anxiety. My work also aims to remediate related symptoms such as depression, anger, avoidance, and all-or-nothing thinking. Often, our anxiety can be connected to complex experiences, which is why I also provide supportive work to explore and process identity-based concerns, relational stressors, and trauma. I am trained in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), CBT/DBT, and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT).

My approach to therapy

Clients often describe my style as friendly, warm, and validating. My goal is to meet you where you're at, while empowering you to be vulnerable and self-directed. I believe both acceptance and change are necessary elements for healing and growth. That's why I use an integrated approach that emphasizes insight, self-compassion, and evidence-based skills.

What you can expect from me

In sessions we'll explore your past and its impact on your life, while also learning new ways of responding in the present. This might look like changing your thoughts, creating new habits, doing more values-based activities, improving self-talk, and being more effective in relationships.
