Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with clinical experience working with individuals across the lifespan, with a particular passion for supporting young adults and adults. I have experience helping clients navigate a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, disordered eating, and challenging relationship dynamics.

I have worked in a variety of therapeutic settings, including outpatient, school, and community mental health environments. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a concentration in Public Health from Bates College and my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lesley University.

My approach to therapy

I practice from a client-centered, strength-based, and trauma-informed perspective. I believe that each person is the expert on their own experiences and that a strong therapeutic relationship is an essential part of the healing process. My integrative approach to counseling is tailored to each client’s unique background, values, strengths, and goals. I incorporate a variety of evidence-based modalities into treatment, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, mindfulness practices, and relational approaches.

What you can expect from me

I strive to create a therapeutic environment where clients can explore their experiences openly and feel supported in their growth. I bring warmth, compassion, humor, and authenticity into my work, creating a space that feels safe, supportive, and empowering for each client. I’m passionate about helping clients build greater self-understanding, strengthen coping skills, and develop sustainable practices that support overall well-being.
