Great to meet you!

Welcome and thank you for taking the time to view my portal. I have been a practicing licensed Marriage and Family therapist for over 20 years specializing in anxiety, depression, other mood disorders, PTSD and substance use recovery. I am also certified in EMDR treatment. My extensive training has included working with adults, families, children, and young adults in outpatient settings, schools and private practice. I also have a sub speciality working with creative and performing artists.

My approach to therapy

I currently exclusively work in telehealth and see adults 18+. I was trained in Cognitive Behavioral, Dialectal Behavioral and mindfulness, client centered approaches. I do not use a rigid theoretical style but tailor your needs according to what you find sustainable, manageable and safe.

What you can expect from me

My style is warm and interactive, combining common sense approaches, humor and mutual creative participation with clear communication. It is important that you feel safe, seen, heard and respected in all aspects of our work together. Once we have identified what you would like to accomplish in our sessions, we will work collaboratively to establish realistic goals and work toward small step changes that can help you achieve success.
