Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who specializes in working with children, teens, and families navigating ADHD, autism, anxiety, and trauma. I know how overwhelming it can feel when behaviors don’t make sense or home feels tense. Seeking support is a brave step. My work focuses on helping families understand what’s happening beneath the surface and build calmer, more connected relationships.

My approach to therapy

I take a relational and trauma-informed approach, looking beyond surface behaviors to understand underlying needs. I integrate attachment-based work, cognitive-behavioral strategies, and parent coaching to support meaningful change. My goal is to help clients feel understood, empowered, and equipped with tools that feel sustainable.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I’ll take time to understand your story and what’s bringing you in. We’ll talk about what’s working, what feels hard, and what you hope will change. If I’m meeting with your child, I’ll move at their pace while also partnering closely with you as a caregiver. My goal is to create a space that feels calm, respectful, and collaborative from the very beginning. Together, we’ll begin building a clear plan for next steps.
