Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Sarah. I’m a state-licensed mental health counselor, and I’m really glad you’re here. Reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, especially if you’re used to handling things on your own—but you don’t have to do it alone anymore.

I work with clients who are navigating ADHD, anxiety, life transitions, challenges with self-confidence, and moments of crisis. You might feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of where to start—and that’s okay. Together, we’ll make sense of what you’re experiencing and identify what will actually help you move forward.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to you. I focus on creating a space where you feel safe to be honest and supported without judgment. At the same time, I’m here to help you build practical tools—whether that’s managing anxiety, creating structure with ADHD, strengthening your sense of self, or getting through a difficult season.

With me therapy is collaborative and individualized, with each treatment plan thoughtfully tailored to your unique needs and goals. I view you as the expert of your own experiences, and my role is to partner with you in developing a plan that supports meaningful and effective progress.

What you can expect from me

I like to start with an introductory session where you can share your story and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy. We’ll take that time to get to know each other and begin identifying what feels most important to focus on. My goal is to create a space that feels warm, nonjudgmental, and welcoming—where you can be open and vulnerable while also feeling grounded and secure. From there, we’ll continue working together in future sessions to build on your goals and create meaningful, lasting change.
